Pre-purchase Building Inspections
A Pre-Purchase Building Inspection is performed prior to finalising the sale of a property.
These inspections are used to identify building faults or issues with the dwelling and ensure the home buyer has a written account of the condition of a property prior to settlement.
Building inspectors are not licenced to check any plumbing or electrical faults, therefore buyers should contact these trades separately to inspect these services.
